Ghost Whisperer is a CBS drama that follows Melinda Gordon, an antique shop owner who is also able to see and hear spirits. These spirits plague her until she is able to resolve the issues which keep them bound to earth. The situations she gets into often become dangerous, but she is able to help these spirits go into “the light.” Although she tries to keep this power hidden, it sometimes gets in the way of her work and friendships. Despite her best efforts to live as normal a life as possible, she continues to receive visits from ghosts seeking her help.
