All domestic orders placed through our site totaling $25 or more before the cost of shipping and sales tax (where applicable), will receive Free Shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
The shipping charge for domestic orders under $25 will be $6.95 unless expedited shipping (Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Select) is requested.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased you can return it (them) to us for a full refund or exchange (excluding any applicable shipping and/or handling charges).
How to Return your Item(s):
- Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-535-8575 to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
- Once you receive the RA# ship the item back to us and write the RA# on the outside of the shipping box. Be sure to package the items securely so they are not damaged in transit.
- Include copies of all original receipts with your return.
- We recommend that you request a “Proof of Delivery” receipt from the shipper as well as “insure” your returned items for their full value.
- Please allow 14-21 days for processing a return. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If the return was a gift, you may return the item(s) for a PopFunk.com Gift Certificate.

Shipping Policy:
Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (EST) will be shipped the same day (subject to credit approval). Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the following day. Shipping/Handling, Insurance, and other appropriate charges will be added to your invoice. Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select shipments are available upon request. PopFunk.com will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods by the carrier or for damages to the goods caused by the carrier.
