The laugh-out-loud NBC Comedy starring Amy Poehler of Saturday Night Live has built a committed following since it debuted in 2008. Originally a spinoff of NBC’s hit The Office, Parks & Recreation is a Mockumentary shot in the same style. The show’s talented cast includes Rashida Jones as nurse Ann Perkins, Nick Offerman as Ron Swanson, and scene-stealer Aziz Ansari as the hip-hop loving Tom Haverman. The NBC Series centers around Leslie Knope, played by Poehler, the deputy director of Parks and Recreation in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana.
